SOY | AURA Home is an Australian-owned small business creating handmade candles, home fragrance, and body products.

All products are made to order, and due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, scent, or appearance are normal and do not constitute faults.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow up to 12 business days for your items to be created before shipping or local drop-off.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed, as production may begin immediately.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or promotions at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g. Wix Payments, PayPal, etc.). We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia-wide shipping and selected local drop-offs.

Processing time: Up to 12 business days before dispatch.
Delivery time: Depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if applicable).
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Scent or colour preference
Accidental damage after delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and your order details at soyaurahome@outlook.com so we can assist promptly.

6. Product Safety & Use

All our products are designed for safe, intended household use. Always follow the instructions provided on your product labels for best results and safety.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.
